Stress also leads to a breakdown of the immune system, with the result being a higher susceptibility to not only in more serious diseases but also the common cold and flu?
Stress can also affect worker attitudes and behavior. Some frequently reported consequences of stress among workers are difficulties in communicating, maintaining pleasant relations with co-workers, and judging the seriousness of a potential hazardous situation.
